SEREMBAN: The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA) Negeri Sembilan will offer a total of 1,381 units of various types of houses worth RM590.8 million at its Malaysia Property Expo (Mapex) Negeri Sembilan 2013.
The expo, themed 'Your Home, Your Investment', will be held at the Seremban Parade shopping centre for three days beginning this Friday.
REHDA Negeri Sembilan Chairman, S. Sivanyanam, said the expo has attracted 14 developers and one financial institution, Bank Simpanan Nasional.
"The properties to be showcased include single- and double-storey terrace houses, single-storey semi-detached houses, 1 1/2-storey semi-detached houses, double-storey semi-detached houses, bungalows, shop offices and apartments.
"Investing in properties can be very lucrative. For many of us, buying a property is not just an investment but it means getting a home to live in and raise a family," he said at a media briefing here today.
Sivanyanam said the participating developers would also offer incentives like free stamp and legal fees, cash rebates and discounts.
"Home buyers, I hope you will take the golden opportunity to scout around and purchase your ideal property at Mapex.
"Demand nothing but the best value for the price you are paying," he said
