KLCI futures trade lower in early session

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were traded lower in the early session today.

At 9.35am, spot month November 2013 shed 8.0 points to 1,790.5, December 2013 was 8.0 points lower at 1,790, and March 2014 dropped 10.5 points to 1,787.5. June 2014 was untraded.

Turnover was at 3,058 lots, with open interest totalling 41,522 contracts.

The underlying FBM KLCI was 9.34 points lower at 1,794.87 after 39 minutes of trading.
