KL shares higher at midafternnon

KUALA LUMPUR: At 3pm today, there were 479 gainers, 273 losers and 324 counters traded unchanged on the Bursa Malaysia.

The FBM-KLCI was at 1,852.27 up 4.51 points, the FBMACE was at 6,752.99 up 2.50 points, and the FBMEmas was at 12,830.92 up 40.47 points.

Turnover was at 1.495 billion shares valued at RM1.438 billion. --
